This Winchester manufactured 28" long plain barrel with a fixed modified choke and a very good bore is for the model 1897 slide action shotgun in 12 gauge and is in very good condition exhibiting a brownish gray patina with traces of original blue finish in protected areas and possibly a few specks of rust.  (file photos)
